Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and its packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is defective.
• The wrong product was shipped.
• The item was damaged during shipping.

For returns valued over CAD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Jucobee is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
